This is not a reflection on Scripture, it is a personal update. I have lived with IPF for the last 14 years of my life. The last several years I was on 12 liters of oxygen 24 hours a day. At the end of June this year, I received a double lung transplant.

I’ve had a few set backs: pneumonia, 3 large blood clots in my new lungs and now an infection and vacuous cavity. However, all have been, or are being, treated. I am still getting stronger day by day. It is all in the hands of God and the doctors. Although, I still have to do my part and work to get stronger.

I hope to continue writing blogs, and hope to get back to where it can become a regular daily practice. Thank you to all of you who read them and offer encouragement.
